TAG delivers highly focused recruitment solutions to underserved areas of the financial services sector. They had a very strong style identity already and key was to incorporate that through the website, ensuring it was bold, playful and creative, whilst creating clear user journeys for both candidates and clients.Visit Website
TAG has a strong brand identity so it was important to centre the website around that. It’s a bold, playful website incorporating colourful ink images to add fluidity and the utilisation of hexagon shapes from their logo ties the brand together. They wanted to avoid a corporate feel and requested collaborative images of diverse, happy people at work. The website has a modern, editorial feel with plenty of white space to make the coral, red and navy colours really pop. A desire for the website to appeal to and serve clients as much as candidates meant a very clear distinction in call to action buttons on the homepage to ensure they clicked onto the right user journey.
By the time we instructed RecWebs to build our site, we already had a clearly defined brand and they were able to transpose that over to the website perfectly. Their knowledge of recruitment websites specifically, meant they were able to design, position and format copy effectively, which meant less going back and forth during the process. Everything was managed expertly by Polly, who kept me informed at every step and was able to push the project stages through important deadlines when required as well.
