They had a very strong style identity already and key was to incorporate that through the website design, ensuring it was bold, playful and creative, whilst creating clear user journeys for both candidates and clients.

TAG has a strong brand identity so it was important to centre the website around that. It’s a bold, playful website incorporating colourful ink images to add fluidity and the utilisation of hexagon shapes from their logo ties the brand together. They wanted to avoid a corporate feel and requested collaborative images of diverse, happy people at work. The website has a modern, editorial feel with plenty of white space to make the coral, red and navy colours really pop. A desire for the website to appeal to and serve clients as much as candidates meant a very clear distinction in call to action buttons on the homepage to ensure they clicked onto the right user journey.
