throughout the UK and Ireland. The brief was to create an obvious separation on the hero image to explicitly show the different paths for candidates and clients – the start of a clear user journey for jobseekers and employers.

Our designers explored the triangles from the logo, pushing the imagery and design so that triangular elements appear across the website, including moving triangles across the hero images. This creates a modern, technological vision that chimed with Pearson Carter’s tech focus. The triangles and blue/green colour scheme from the logo also created the perfect way to separate the jobseeker and employer starting points on the homepage.
