Global Healthcare, IT and Engineering recruitment consultancy Lightning Fast Recruitment wanted a website with a dynamic feel to tie in with their brand identity and to create clear user journeys for clients and candidates right from the homepage.

Our designers took the red from Lightning Fast Recruitment’s logo and paired it with a deep green to create a colour scheme that conveyed energy, vibrancy and dynamism. That combined with the streaks of light across the homepage and the blurred images of people to create a sense of motion gives the website an energy and vigour that fits with Lightning Fast Recruitment’s name and branding. Also key was to make the separate user journeys for candidates and clients clear from the homepage. This was achieved by attributing contrasting colours to each, with a separate call to action buttons at the top of the page and different tiles towards the bottom.
