Ashby Jenkins wanted to show a clear division between candidates and clients on the homepage hero, immediately aiding a clear and direct user journey. It was important to them not to come across as too corporate so images show people wearing casual clothes and heart and hand motifs reflect their focus on charity. A soft palette of pinks and greys, as well as the use of circular shapes throughout reflects the caring nature of the way they recruit as well as the sectors they recruit for.
