Apply with CV

Jobs can be applied to through CV’s. A form will be displayed prompting the user to choose a CV on file and input their message which will then be emailed to you. You will also get a private link to view the online CV on-site.

Logged out candidates, and candidates with no submitted CV, can be prompted to submit one and apply to the job after the CV is submitted.

Submitted CV’s can be edited or removed from the candidate dashboard, if the candidate is logged in.

Candidates can also apply for jobs using the apply with Facebook function.

Registration Form

The candidate registration form collects the candidates name and contact information, websites, education and employment.

The candidate can add as many items of education and experience as they want, including notes, name, dates and position/qualifications.

After submitting the form a preview is displayed. The preview matches the appearance of a live CV.

Submitted CV’s can be edited or removed from the candidate dashboard, if the candidate is logged in.

Application Management

Submitted candidate applications are visible on your employer dashboard and can be easily managed. Job applications can be given private notes, ratings and organised by status (e.g. interviewed, new, archived).

Filterable CV’s

Submitted CV’s can be searched by keyword, location, skills, and job category and rate allowing you to easily find the perfect candidate for your jobs.

CV Display

Single CV’s show all the collected candidate data and also show a “contact” button which employers can click to contact the candidate or bookmark for later.
